Jennifer Marie Wauson

Jennifer Marie Wauson specializes in selling properties in the San Diego market including, Downtown San Diego, Mission Hills, Coronado, and the exclusive seaside communities of La Jolla and Del Mar. Jennifer comes from a real estate family and grew up watching her parents design and build their own estate homes and purchase many investment properties. In fact, while living on the Big Island of Hawaii, she led many family investment projects and successfully managed each of them into substantial profits.

In San Diego she is currently involved in acquiring and managing several investment properties of her own. Her continuing real estate education has been very well rounded as she constantly seeks to further develop her knowledge base in the industry.. Most recently in San Diego, Jennifer has successfully negotiated many short-sales for sellers in this rapidly changing market and has become a leading expert in negotiating with lenders in getting difficult transactions closed.

Jennifer is passionate about real estate and continues to stay on top of her market. Her enthusiasm and creativity as well as her intellectual curiosity are fantastic assets to her clients. She is a master at communicating with a wide variety of people while always maintaining an aura or elegance and professionalism. Jennifer also has maintained an ongoing interest in International Real Estate Markets and has been following the development of several projects, particularly in Baja, Mexico.

Jennifer grew up in a Mendocino County in Northern California. She graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with High Honors in Global Studies with an emphasis in Socio-Economics and Politics. She also holds a Masters degree in International Relations from Syracuse University. When she is not busy traveling worldwide or working on her real estate transactions, she does enjoy photography, salsa dancing, reading, and cooking.
