Ginger Grace has been selling Westside high-end real estate for 16 years. She worked for a national real estate firm for 15 years before joining Gussman Czako Estates. Given that she is the great grand daughter of W.R. Grace and the daughter of oil & gas producers, she is very entrepreneurial. Her passion for real estate and design runs in the family because her family commissioned the iconic 50 story GRACE building on the corner of 42nd & Ave of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan. The white travertine sloping façade with black windows is an achievement in modern design. She grew up living in many cities and has traveled all over the world so she has cultivated a diverse, international clientele. It was her passion for art, design, and her genuine desire to help people that drew her real estate.
Ginger was educated at the University of Mississippi with an emphasis in English Literature. She also did a course study at Pasadena Art Center. She is an intelligent, focused, and efficacious realtor with a great eye. She is fluent in communicating with a multi-faceted clientele and has quickly mastered overcoming any roadblocks when representing clients in negotiations. Simply, Ginger is a trusted professional with great energy and a positive attitude which has brought her repeat clients.
Ginger has contributed to many charities in her free time including AMFAR, Elton John Aids Foundation, Boys and Girls Club, Race to Erase MS, Children's Action Network, Cal Arts, AFI, OPCC, The Rape Foundation, PS Arts, The Library Foundation, and Susan G.
